• FIND A SALON such as The Big Tease that offers hair and makeup consultation. Bring hairstyle pictures you like. There is a charge for actual trial makeup and hairdos
  
  
• BEAUTIFUL SKIN begins weeks before your Big Event with lots of water to hydrate skin and reduce dark undereye circles. Don't try new skin products or get a facial the day before because your skin is already under stress and could break out.
  
  
• SLEEP WELL to prevent stress from showing on your face. Flip your pillowcase every day and change it every two days to prevent facial oils caught in the fabric from grinding back into your skin.
  
  
• MAKEUP CHOICES: If you have never worn waterproof mascara before, buy and wear it a few times so that your eyes are used to it.
  
  
• HAIR TIPS: Don't do anything new such as getting a perm, coloring your hair, or trying a new brand of shampoo without consulting a stylist at The Big Tease Salon.
  
  
• THE SALON APPOINTMENT: Wear a button-front shirt to avoid mussing makeup or hairstyle. Always arrive with clean DRY hair.
  
  
• BRING YOUR OWN mascara, lipstick, and foundation if you have sensitive skin. Bring any hair accessories you intend to wear, including the veil.
